We exist to “train artist-theologians for the glory of God.” Psalm 145:1 reads: “I will extol You my God and King and bless Your name forever and ever.”
As a Worship Arts Academy ministry, we aim to give our highest praise to the Lord in all that we do (Psalm 145:1-3). Our desire is that students of every generation (Psalm 154:4) would grow in their understanding of who God is, and recognize that their gifts are from the Lord. Furthermore, we encourage them to steward those gifts well, growing in their training and utilizing their gifting for the glory of God. Every little thing we do we strive to do Biblically for Christ (Colossians 3:16). We believe God calls us to use our gifts skillfully (Psalm 33:3), and that’s a big reason why we want to help everyone continue growing and excelling in the arts. We will always make sure the Academy is God-centered (Matthew 28:19-20), and that we use our gifts to worship our Father, as He desires, in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24).
Each semester we seek to offer lessons through private instruction. Our offerings, by God’s grace, continue to expand and develop with every semester. We seek to offer as much as we can as Jesus grants us His provision, and as His church shows needs and interests.
