equipping people for life

Equipping U is designed to provide a small group experience for adults so we may dig deeper into a specific area of our faith life.

These areas are related to the spiritual disciplines of Abiding in Christ, Living By God’s Word, Praying in Faith, Building Godly Relationships, Witnessing to the World, and Ministering to Others.

As such, we offer classes each Fall/Winter and Spring semesters designed for women, men, and married adults to learn more together.

“practice these things; be committed to them, so that your progress may be evident to all”.

1 Timothy 4:15

Learn to stop beating yourself up over the numbers on the scale. Discover that your weight loss struggle isn’t a curse but rather a blessing in the making, and replace justifications that lead to diet failure with empowering go-to scripts that lead to victory.
