Children's Ministry
Welcome! We offer many ministry opportunities for children to learn in a variety of different ways. We want to reach them with the gospel of Jesus Christ and help them enjoy the adventure of knowing God in their lives and making Him known to others.

Sunday School 
Birth-5th Grade
Sunday School is an exciting way for children to learn who God is. Your child begins to build a strong biblical foundation through hands-on experiences, creative crafts and exciting Bible lessons.

9:00 a.m. Sunday School
10:30 a.m. Extended Session (Birth-4yrs only)

1st - 5th Grade

(ages 5yrs & up should go into the Worship Service with their parents,
for more information on the Worship Service, please click here.)

SECURITY
For our younger preschoolers, we have a security system. When you take your child to the nursery, you will be given a numbered tag that is attached to your child, and one is given to you.
When you return to pick up your child, he/she will not be released without your matching tag.

We are also in the process of installing a paging system for additional security. We make every effort to insure that this ministry will glorify God in every detail. We are happy to be a part of your child's Christian education.

 

 

AWANA

Sunday Evenings, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
September-May
Ages 3yrs - 8th grade

This program exists as a Bible-centered organization that helps
reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ and trains them to serve Him.

Your child will be involved in:
An age-level group
Scripture memorization
Fun and games
Awards and recognition
Weekly club meetings
Special events

   

KIDS TREK

Wednesdays, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
1st - 5th grade
Each week Kid’s Trek offers your child an opportunity to have fun and
learn at the same time. They rotate through tracks they have selected.

Parents, we invite you to dedicate yourselves and your precious gift from the Lord.

Upward

UPWARD promotes character and self esteem in every child by:

  • Providing an evaluation system that promotes equal teams and opportunities
  • Establishing a one-hour practice and game each week
  • Implementing a substitution system for each team, allowing every child equal playing time
  • Creating the opportunity for every child to learn the skills of the game

Today's sports culture has created a "win at all cost" mentality. However, Upward defines winning as learning and/or teaching lessons in the game of life. The emphasis is placed on having fun and good sportsmanship.

Outrigger Island VBS

June 23-27
8:45am-Noon

For children who have completed Kindergarten - 5th grade

Registration for leaders begins this Sunday, April 27.

Registration (online and at the church) for Children
has been delayed and will begin on MAY 11!

VBS is an action packed, fun-filled, life changing week.
Your child will experience awesome Bible Study, interactive worship,
high energy music, mission activities, cool crafts and super-charged recreation.
